 Comfortable from the top to toe
 Self confidence and be professional

Volume : speak loudly enough to be
heard.
 Pitch : use effectively to convey
meaning.
 Rate : speak more quickly to convey
enthusiasm / speak more slowly to
emphasize key points or issues.
Do not : speak too quickly that
people will not understand / too slowly
that people get bored.
Articulation : speak
clearly, pronounce word carefully, no
mumbling. Control your lips / teeth and
tongue.
