2. Colours
• Monochrome: By choosing a monochrome
colour scheme for my magazine it will give it a
unique, minimalist look compared to other
music magazines on the market which as
mainly made up of larrey, bright colours.
• Simplisitic: This is the colour scheme that im
most likely going to choose because I would
like my magazine to look chic and simple like
my magazine of inspiration ‘CLASH’

3. Social Media
• I will be presenting social media links
throughout all the pages I will be producing. I
am choosing to do this because it is free
advertisement for the magazine which will
widen the possible readership as it will appear
on multiple platforms (E.g Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram)

4. Strapline Language
• As my I am ‘Repeating’ (Neale) the codes and
conventions of my magazine of inspiration I
will not be including a strapline as ‘CLASH’
does not. However, throughout my magazine I
will be using smart, yet colloquial language. By
using conversational, colloquial language I will
appeal to my targeted readership (16 – 25
years).

5. Price
• After taking into consideration the results of
my Survey Monkey and questionnaire, I will
be pricing my magazine at £3. I have chosen
this price because it is cheaper than my
magazine of inspiration (£3.99) and they are
whom I will be competing with.
