because Bauer media is a company which holds shares in
Kerrang! So they have a say in how the brand is run.
An example of convergence in Kerrang! Would be the Kerrang!
Radio station they have a radio station so that it appeals to a
wider audience that don’t buy the magazine.

through online or E-Magazines which, expands there reader
base as they may not be able to go out and buy the magazine.
