per system requirements.
 Training on personal hygiene to workers & employees on daily basis.
 Responsible for complaint analysis & find out root cause for the same. Coordinating with
suppliers for the Quality issues of raw & packaging materials.

 Knowledge about principle, mechanism, function, configuration, processing parameter of
Extruder &about Control parameters of Extrusion
Feed supply Properties: - Moisture content, Purity, Partial size distribution, Fat content.
Process parameter: - Pressure profile, Temperature profile,
Product properties: -Elasticity, Hardness, Bulk Density.
 Knowledge about Chemical changes occurs in Extruded food.
 In M. Tech research work done on “Preparation of Instant PuranPoli Premix
Powder”.
 As part of the Curriculum at Graduate level B.Tech (Food Sciences), 4 Month in-Plant
Training in Vadilal Dairy International Ltd. (Mumbai), Maharashtra, Exposed to
various departments like production, quality.
 In B.Tech 6 months on campus Training in that preparation, standardization and
Marketing of “Milk Chocolate, Wine Jelly, Groundnut Chikki, Mango Pulp”.
