Title of Project: ‘Study on preparation of Gluten-Free cookies’
Description: Gluten-free Cookies prepared to persons who are allergic to Gluten, Gluten is
a protein composite found in foods processed from wheat and related grain species,
including barley and rye. Gluten can cause celiac disease which is a serious autoimmune disorder. This
occurs when your immune system mounts an attack on your small intestine in response to ingestion of
gluten-containing foods. Today 1% of total world population is Allergic to Gluten.
