TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:-
 Completed M. Tech (3 years) degree in Biotechnology Specialization in Food Technology from
Gautam Buddha University Gr. Noida U.P. with 6.52/10 CGPA in year 2014.
ACEDEMIC QUALIFICATION:-
 High school from UP board with 58 % in years 2001.
 Intermediate from UP board with 57.67% in years 2003.
 Graduation B.Sc. from CSJM University Kanpur with 61.1 % in year 2006.
PROJECT
 “Solid state fermentation production of chitosanase from paecilomyces lilacinus using
shrimp shell substrate and its potential application”
At department of Meat and Marine Science CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute,
MYSORE. Under the guidance of Dr. Suresh P.V. (Senior Scientist).
 “Bioavailability of phenolic compounds in grape juice, its beneficial effect for human health
& antimicrobial activity of phenolic compound against food borne pathogen” under the
guidance of Dr.Rekha Puria (Assistant professor in Gautam Buddha University).
INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:-
 Completed one month industrial training at BIKANERWALA FOODS PVT LTD. in Quality
Control and Research and Development Dept.
 Completed industrial training at SURYA FOOD & AGRO LTD (A mother Unit of PRIYAGOLD) in
Production and quality control.
WORKING EXPERIENCE DETAILS:-
 Two year experience in AYAM HERBAL in Jaipur Rajasthan as a Medical Representative in utility section
from 2008-2011.

 I did work on project from CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute, MYSORE.
 I did work on soft dough/ short dough and hard dough.
 Currently working in SURYA FOOD AND AGRO LTD (A mother Unit of PRIYAGOLD) as a Shift

 Production Incharge cum Quality Incharge.
 Cost effective production with minimum wastage.
 Maintain Food Safety & Hygiene in plant area.
 Implementing GMP, HACCP & 5-S System parameters in plant.
 Managing monthly weekly & daily plain for production.
 Maintain all documentation & process in plant.
 Daily production reporting to Production Manager.
 Testing all RM and FG materials are done by me.
 Generates all new formats for production as well as lab testing materials.
 Education and training subordinates according to GMP and safety requirement.
