1. Responsible for Quality Assurance activity and Research and development
activities.
2. Products specialization: Cheeses, Paneer, Milk, Butter, Ghee, flavored milk,
Milk powder(s), Dahi, Buttermilk etc.
3. Undergone training program in processing of milk and manufacture of
Gouda Cheese at PTC, Oenkerk, Holland.
4. Responsible for maintaining PFA / FSSAI, BIS, EIA, ISO-22000 and other
statutory requirements.
5. Training Staff in Food Safety Management according to CODEX
requirements, ISO 9001-2000, ISO 22000, HACCP and ISO 14000 .
