• Weakness: It was difficult to discover some research at the start.

• Strength: Easy to know many peoples opinions and modify the product in response.
Easy to see statistics on what is liked and disliked.
• Weakness: Difficult to ask what are the real important questions are. You can only
get brief answers.
– Interviews
• Strength: The answers people respond with are more detailed
• Weakness: The answers can be misunderstood. Interviewee can be chosen with bias.

• I put a survey link on Microsoft teams and
asked people in my class.
• One advantage was that I got a good amount of people answering my
survey.
• One disadvantage was I didn’t a 50/50 mix of men and women.
