5. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
NO COMPUTER
If there’s no computers, spare, I will go to the
LRC or find a room that has a spare computer in
it or do the work at home or somewhere that I
be able to do the work.
COMPUTER CRASH
If the computer crashes I'll move to a different
computer or try again, if it does crash I will try
again or try a different computer.
BACKUP
Save the work twice and save it in two places
such as USB, email it myself and one drive
SOFTWARE CRASH
Reopen the software and hope that the work’s
is still there, if not, I’ll have to redo the work
that I may of lots in the proses .
MONITOR BREAKS
If I start using it and it breaks ill move to a
different monitor or try to find if a wire is not
plugged it correctly.
