such as sound effects and a scoreboard that I will put in the game which will make the game
exciting for people to play.

My product is about a superhero that flies through the sky collecting logos of their or other hero
logos, whilst doing this they will have to trying to dodge falling objects through the sky. The falling
objects will be kryptonite which will damage the character. It doesn’t have a story line.

Audience:
The audience of my game is male 8 – 15-year olds. Yes, the project will appeal to this audience
because it will have all the aspects that will be appealing to that audiences.

Why would your project appeal to this person?
Research and Planning:
I will use some aspects, like the cloud or the ground from the existing products that I found in my
research in my final product. I will use the research that I found at the beginning when I am making
the assets like the clouds, and the clouds will be in throughout the game.

Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? No, I won’t because I would be making it so
that younger people playing it will be able to play it without restricts because it is for young people
to play.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No, it shouldn’t because I won’t put ant
offending assets in the game.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? It won’t have any offending things in the game.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? I will use similar names to existing
products. I will use similar colours to existing logos and characters.
Will your product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? I will make my own changes to them such as changing the colours slightly and make
changes to the shapes.
