Working Title:
What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later: Demon War
Product’s Purpose:
What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this? My product
is for entertainment because it is an adver game.
Genre:
What sort of product is it? My product is an adver game that is meant to be a hack and slash
game.
Content
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If
so, discuss it here: the story of my game is where you have to fight your way through multiple
different rooms of enemy’s until you reach the boss and you have to kill it to complete the game.
Audience:
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc
Why would your project appeal to this person? The game is meant to be for males between the
ages of 18-25, the game is for people of any social status and any psychographic.
Research and Planning:
What elements of your research and planning will you use in your final production? I will use the
theme of dark colours and weapons.
Where will you use your research and planning in your final production? I will use it to make my
characters and weapons.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? I have no offensive material that I know of in
my game.
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? Yes because it is quite a violent game.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No because there is no offensive material that
I no of that has been included.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will give my game a trial run with different social
groups to see if it offensive anyone.
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? Yes I am going to use Dante from
devil may cry.
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? Yes I will, like changing his colours and his weapons.
