management roles, with specialist focus on creating and implementing various operational processes
and strategies. Having worked across several high profile settings, I have become accustomed to
combining my experience and knowledge to be able to facilitate operational and procedural planning.
With my extensive understanding of designing operational procedures, man management and staff

 Overseeing the operations of 2 stores with a combination of 10 members of staff.
 Ensuring that all individuals are working in line with company or store objectives.

 Carrying out appraisals to be able to provide support with personnel development.
 Handling the full recruitment process from collating and reviewing CV's to interviewing and
