• Currently working as The Unit Head, with
Fun Multiplex Pvt. Ltd. (Fun Cinemas): May 2014 to Till Date
My Job Profile requires to:
 Develop and implement strategic plans, marketing plans, budget,
training and goals to ensure optimum customer satisfaction by means
of high service standards, sales potential and profitability on a regular
basis.
 Manage issues related to Repair & Maintenance of the 30000 sq. ft.
Multiplex area, within the budget allocated.
 Supervise logistics services, and coordinate with vendors for timely
delivery of materials and their payment.
 Analyze the present and future trends, practices and systems of the
Multiplex industry, determining and ensuring execution of competitive
programs.
 Administer and direct personnel functions of the entire Multiplex,
including recruitment, hiring, orientation, coaching, counseling,
training, wage and salary administration, labor relations, performance
appraisals and succession planning.
 Responsible for the security and safety of customers and employees and
building, and to ensure emergency procedures are established, well-
publicized, practiced and reinforced.
 Monitor applicable laws and regulations, and ensure a strict
compliance with the same.
 Monitor and maintain daily performance records and analysis of MIS
report across all departments, and report the same to the Regional
Manager - Operations on a daily basis.
 Preserve harmony and best work environment in the multiplex
premises, and constantly provide expertise and guidance to team.
 Implement policies and procedures to enable smooth flow of day-to-
day operations.
 Liasoning with Mall Management/Local administration.
 Keeping up with the Government norms in order to passing
government inspections, and obtain NOC from different government
departments for the Multiplex, bi-annually.
 Conducting refresher courses for teams on Fire Safety & First Aid
training.
 Implementation of systems and maintenance of effective control for all
cash transaction areas -F&B, Ticketing & Tele-sales, and all revenue
points.
 Ensuring speedy resolution of queries/grievances so as to optimize
patron satisfaction levels.

McDonald’s (Connaught Plaza Restaurants Pvt. Ltd): May 2001 to May
2014
