(North). Responsible for two Franchise bottlers and one Company owned
bottler. Specific focus on Brand Coke to drive the overall brand preference
scores and improve incidence. Ensured aligned execution of brand specific
marketing programs in the complex territory of Delhi & NCR by close
interaction with consumer marketing teams and bottler channel teams. (Both
National as well as Regional promotions). Spearheaded Delhi specific IMC
programs like the "Delhi Daredevils" promotions in 2009 and 2010,
right from the conceptualization phase to development of plans, settling
timelines and the final in market execution. Worked with bottling teams to drive
superior in market execution with key focus on Delhi FBO RED activation and
channel execution. Developed cost effective and high impact point of sale
material to be used in launches/promotions as well as for regular product
display. Channel specific elements designed for maximum impact. Drive
effective shopper messaging specifically for the Modern Trade channel. Monthly
RSA (Retail Sales audit) analysis of parameters like market share, numeric and
weighted distribution etc., to identify areas of improvement and lead initiatives
to address gaps. Developed an Aligned ABP for Delhi for the year 2010 by
identification of critical performance drivers in 2010.

Was based out of Chennai and reported into the Regional Marketing Manager
(South). Executed the aligned marketing calendar for the Southern Region to
achieve volumes and drive preference. Close interaction with CCI Brand teams
and CBO channel marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Independently handled the Southern Region from July 08 to Oct 08 and worked
with the bottler's regional leadership team to develop & align CCI and CBO
ABP for 2009 for the Southern Region. Led execution of specific initiatives and
Integrated Marketing Campaigns in the Sothern Region. The "Hunk-a-
Day" Thums Up promotion in AP was handled by me - the TVC and all
POSM/Collaterals were all developed at the local level with the Regional Agency
(Ogilvy Dakshin). Hunk-a-day was the most successful consumer promotion in
AP in terms of the number of responses. Worked closely with the bottler to
create a customized long term plan for revival in TN including consumer
activation plans, focused trade marketing initiatives, special brand/pack
initiatives & New Product launches. Managed Budgetary Process - DME
monitoring, vendor management, Execution of PO's.
