I am currently working as TSO in my dreamed company – ‘Hindustan Unilever Limited’ since 18 months.
In HUL, I appointed for Tirupati territory in Mar’16. By that time that was an inactive market and the sales team also not formed. I had chosen new distributers, sales team for Nellore& Proddatur areas in a span of month & able to achieve 100% from second month onwards.
From July’16, I transferred to Kurnool territory. Here i accustomed the things quickly & performing with 110% achievements constantly. I added one new distributer for Nandyal area for more coverage. I have taken steps to improve the dealers ROI by increasing the bill cycles & maintaining the moderate stocks.
Re-activating the outlets, doing continues promotional activities, maintaining the cordial relationship with distributers & coordination with service team are the key things, which majorly helped me in doing good numbers. I am the top performer in AP with 118% achievement & 40% market growth for 2016.

Từ ngàn xưa, con người đã biết sử dụng nút dây để
buộc, gói, cột, đề làm đẹp con người, để ghi nhớ những biến cố
quan trọng, và tuỳ theo loại nút dây và cách thắt, chúng còn
được dùng để thông tin liên lạc, khi mà con người chưa phát
minh ra được chữ viết… Hiện nay, nhiều bộ lạc vẫn còn sử
dụng nút dây như là một hình thức thư tín. Như vậy nút dây đó
là một hình thức văn hoá của nhân loại.
Trong đời sống hàng ngày. không một ai là chưa từng
sử dụng qua nút dây. Dây và nút dây là một thứ không để thiếu
trong cuộc sống của chúng ta, nhưng rất ít người biết sử dụng
cho đúng chức năng của từng loại nút dây cho đúng với từng
trường hợp. Thông thường thì chúng ta cứ cột cho thật chặt,
không cần quy cũ, phương pháp . . miễn sao siết cho món hàng
thật cứng là được, nhưng khi tháo thì phải dùng đến dao, kéo…
có khi chưa kịp tháo thì đã bi tuột ra rồi.
Khi nói đến nút dây, thì mọi người hay nghĩ đến Hướng
Đạo Sinh. Phải nói rằng : nút dây và Hướng Đạo Sinh là hai
yếu tố có liên quan mật thiết với nhau. Một Hướng Đạo Sinh
giỏi tất phải rành về nút dây (dĩ nhiên là còn rất nhiều kỹ năng
khác nữa). Và ngược lại, nếu một người thật giỏi về nút dây,
thì thường là một Hướng Đạo Sinh .
Trước đây, trong chương trình Hướng Đạo Tân Sinh,
thì chỉ có vỏn vẹn 6 nút. Chương trình Hạng Nhì khoảng 12 nút
và chương trình Hạng Nhất khoảng 15 nút.
Trong tập sách này, để tiện cho việc ứng dụng và tham
khảo, chúng tôi đưa vào những nút biến thể, những nút đồng
dạng, những nút có công dụng giống nhau… để các bạn thuận
tiện trong việc tra cứu ứng dụng. Tuy nhiên khi học tập hay
kiểm tra, các Trưởng chỉ nên căn cứ vào những nút chính (có

chữ lớn và đóng khung). Còn những nút khác nếu học được thì
rất tốt, bằng không thì chỉ xem như tài liệu tham khảo.
Trong việc học tập và huấn luyện, đối với một Hướng
Đạo Sinh thì phải làm thuộc một nút dây chứ không phải làm
được một nút dây. Có nghĩa là các bạn phải thực hành và thực
hành nhiều lần, để khi cần làm thì không bị lúng túng, tháo ra
cột vào.
Các yếu tố chính để hình thành một nút dây hoàn hào
là:
- Thẩm mỹ
- Dễ làm
- Chắc chắn
- Dễ tháo
