Overview
This is the total over view of feasible study of the solution of the
problem of the industry. It can be said that still the authority can
have a huge amount of profit after using this solution(using
software).

 Too much accountants are needed to check those accounts
 Cost is increased
 Corruption takes place due to lack of accountability
 Communication between sectors is difficult
 Possibility of data loss is pretty high

 Input data: Jute is the primary input of the company.
 Type of processing:Jute is processedby the mill using
differentmachines such as spadder , spinner, walter etc.
 Output: Various products like bags, ropes,gummy bags etc.

4. Recommendation(by software engineer):
 Technical feasibility: Using a software to control the data of
the units will be highly feasible. One just has to maintain a
database which all the unit accountants can see and manage.
 Operational feasibility: Managing the units using a software is
easy and requires less work. The accountants can easily enter
those data. Moreover, the workers will get their wages
properly
 Economic feasibility: Less people will be needed to manage
the accounts and data. This will reduce cost of salary.
Moreover less equipment will be needed. This will also
reduce cost. Reduced costs will increase profit of the mill.

6. Procedure to solve problem:
One computer will be installed in each unit. The software
will be provided by the software engineer. The operators will be
trained by the software engineer.
Economic Justification
If this industry use a software for their daily activities, they
can save a huge money.
If they use software ,they have to make an environment for
software and software engineer. That’s why they need
some equipment. These are given below:

month. That means authority can save 5,01,000-3,80,000=

That means authority can save 1,21,000 x 12=14,52,000/= per
year.
Authority may have to spend 30,000/= per year, that is very little
for Authority.
In the end of Economic Justification, it can be said that authority
can save at least (14,30,000– 14,52,000)/=
Recommendation & Conclusion
From the report it is clear that if higher command is ready to use
this software ,they can be benefited .so , it is recommended that
they should use software instead of using using so many
employee.
