Overview
From the pi-graph we can say that after implementing the
idea the authority have made a great change in their profits.
As they have minimized their cost for maintaining for other
sides ,they can get a lot of money for their own interest.

Trustful Objectivity:
After implementing the software, the first
task is to take opinions from the users. This opinion will have
to be trustful, and for this trustful opinion we need to remove
our ego to settle the main problems
Documentations:
After getting opinion from the users, we need
to make a documentation for showing the activity of this
software. This documentation paper illustrates the
procedure how it handles the work from start to end.
Actually, the success of any project depends on the
perfection of the documentation paper.
Improvement:
In this sector , the authority need to make
some points that they have to improve. This sector is not to
blame any one but making the opportunity to do the best
with this software.

Recommendation and conclusion
From this report we can say that though the post implementing
cost is not so big for a company , but it proves the success of
the software. After completing the post implementation
process the software is fully ready to use.
