Presently looking for a new and challenging customer services position with a reputable company, which will make best use of
my existing skills & experience and also further my personal development.
I feel that my greatest strengths are my ability to develop and maintain a close working relationship with my customers. This
allows me to gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs and requirements. I have invaluable experience working
with customers at all levels. Highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge of how to maintain a professional, helpful and
courteous relationship with allocated customers. Possessing the required communication skills and flair needed to attract new
