Prime Responsibilities and Duties
• Pay roll completion using Oracle system, handling pay role queries, interpret agreements
• Co-ordination and booking flights and accommodation – camps and other
• Reconciliation accommodation in camps
• Purchasing, Ordering, reconciliation of deliveries to site.
• Contract negotiations, writing of contracts, liaising with subcontractors,
• Subcontractor payment reconciliations and payments
• Total Office management for Project Offices - site based
• Full administrations duties for Project and Safety
• Use of Company computer systems for accounts, quality control, document control, full site
management
• Accounts payable, Invoice costing and reconciliation
• Safety coordination – Liaise with supervisors and provide full safety administration support to staff
and subcontractors on site. Including incident and accident investigations.
• Human resources – Interviewing applicants, organisation of mine medicals, clothing and PPE
orders, counselling of staff members.
• Training of Staff in Company Procedures, systems and Management
• Mentoring, training and coaching of new and existing staff members
• Liaise with clients on all quality, inspection and testing requirements and implement
• Document control – registers and implementation of documents
• Organising servicing and hire of machinery and vehicles for site usage.
• Ordering fuel and reconciliation of both for invoicing, usage and burn rates
• Organisation of functions, meetings and corporate events.
• Secretarial duties to project Management team
• Compilation of monthly reports for Management and client meetings
• Petty Cash, expense claims and credit card reconciliations
