Responsibilities:
• Logistic coordination in regards to Visa, Air Ticket, Vehicle, Transportation, Housing and
Invoices.
• To ensure of the efficiency of service to different assigned task of daily activities.
• Prepare outgoing / incoming correspondences for proper approval of requested services.
• Responsible for different type of Visas such as Employment Dubai Visa, Visit Visa,
Schengen Visa, Short Term Visa, Tourist Visa, Transit Visa, Iraq Visa (Single
Entry/Multiple Visa) & other type of Visa to apply in different consulates & embassies.
• Prepares all requirement documents/credentials for applying requested visa from
Recruitment, and Transfer from other company branches.

request.
• Receive Travel Request Form to different department and get it sign to respective
department to proceed for booking.
• Request quotation for air tickets to different travel agencies and make comparison for
proper selection of good rates.
• Advise travel agency to issue the ticket and forward the same to particular employee for
requested travel date thru email.
• Receive and prepare invoices for different type of services (i.e., Air Tickets, Visa, Hotels,
Stationeries and other miscellaneous expenses of the company) from vendor/suppliers as
per frame agreement.
• SAP entry for work orders and service entry of invoice as per Work Order approved
Summary Report and base on the frame agreement.
• Responsible for new mobilized vehicles to new hired Expat employees and allocate
accordingly.
• Process of driver’s license/schooling to employees till the License released.
