 Responsible for final settlements (EOSB) for all resigned and terminated staffs of RAK Airways as per the company
policy and UAE labor law.
 Preparation of flying per diem for captains, first officers, cadet pilots, pursers & cabin crews
 Plays a key role in conducting drug and alcohol test for the cockpit & cabin crews.
 Preparation of Leave reports and accruals of all staffs of RAK Airways staffs every month.
 Collection of all payroll documents every month to proceed for the deductions & additions.
 Assisting recruitment staff with the recruitment process and in finding up good employees
 Coordinating with the Group Travel agency for the reservation of the staff tickets including Annual, Joining and
Separation tickets.
 Issuing staff discount tickets and annual tickets through SITA reservation system
 Maintaining the attendance of all staffs and managers every month.
 Preparation of ID cards for RAK Airways Staffs, Crews & Other related crews
 Preparing and processing applications and requests for leaves, allowances, bank & service letters, and other special
requests by employees and communicating initiated actions to the respective dept. heads or supervisors.
 Maintaining personnel files and employee records for reference and assisting other department by providing necessary
employee information.
 Arrangement of Hotels and ticket for pilots going for screening and SIM.
 Calculation of per diem for the staffs attending training and forwarding the same to finance to proceed for the
payments.
 Settling all types of invoices like Etisalat, Du, FEWA, travel agencies and others every month.
 Preparation of Request for Payments and verification the invoices belonged to HR including Tickets, Hotel bookings,
and etc.
 Handling Company’s Mobiles and SIM Cards and monitoring and updating the list of staff that are provided Co.
mobile; and preparation the list of the monthly bills.
