• Manage the End-End recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
• Source candidates from both traditional and contemporary sources like portals, networking.
• Screen & Shortlist the candidates for the technical round and schedule interviews in
coordination with Technical Panel for further process.
• Negotiate compensation package and extend offer to candidates.
• Joining formalities followed with Induction for the employee.
• Releasing offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities, induction training program,
collection of certificates, back ground verification.
• Handling the exit interviews and completing the exit formalities.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
• Preparing the training calendar & budget, explore vendors accordingly and negotiate on the
payments for the same.
• Conducting the trainings as per the training calendar and collate the training feedback from
the participants and managers.
• Evaluating and analyzing the feedback and share the same to the Managers.
JOB ANALYSIS & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
• Preparing and updating the Job descriptions and share the same with the employees.
• Allocating the KRA’s to all the employees in coordination with the Managers.

• Finalizing the Performance Appraisal process.
• Coordinate with top management to consolidate the training recommendations for the year.
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
• Processing of monthly payroll including PF, arrears, adjustments and reports.
• Developing and revising salary metrics, promotions, bonus and incentives periodically.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
• Understanding employee concern and provide feasible solutions for the problem.
• Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys & analysis with implementation of the action.
• Ensure that regular communication happens from top management to the employee.
