Roles & Responsibilities:-
 Supervise the finance team on a day to day basis ensuring that work is prioritised to meet deadlines.
 Coordinate workload for the respective teams comprising of 26 employees in 4-5 branches and ensure viable
staff cover of the department and provide support andtraining as appropriate.
 Establish clear and effective communication with all Finance Department stake-holders with regard to the
responsibilities and duties within the Guild.
 Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the nature and grade of the
post.
 Evaluate and make recommendations on the automated systems and processes within the department,
working with the Finance Manager to modernise and improve the function.
 Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining
relationship with Key Accounts.
 Monitoring the branch sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination
with the branch and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a
wide range of financial products & services.
 Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service
programs.
 Understanding the customer business and prepare customer profile as well as following up of disbursement
process and in tracking the fund flow.
 Managing New Business helpdesk for sales & branches with quick & quality response.
 Award Credentials:
