Duties and Responsibilities:
 Order processing according to the sales history and promotional activities & Trends
 Cross checking the invoice soft& hard copies and forwarding to the Merchandiser for necessary
Updations.
 Reconcile the postings of invoices, credit notes, Store transfers and Write-off’s
 Checking the sales history and action on slow sellers
 Receiving the deliveries and if any discrepancies follow up with the supplier to resolve the issue.
 Preparing Purchase Ledgers and forward to Finance weekly basis.
 Cross checking the system details of updated invoices to ensure the correct barcodes and prices are
Updated.
 Follow up with Merchandiser for price and new line updations.
 Maintain 99% stock availability by Checking weekly basis top 200 lines
 Working on ageing stock report by category wise and negotiate with the supplier in order to liquidate
the same.
 Replenish the stock as per the counter requirements.
 Merchandise the products according to Debenhams standard
 Briefing daily sales achievement to staffs.
 Preparing Internal stock transfers if any urgent stock requirements
 Merchandising on weekly basis TOP 10 towers.
 On time action on Rejects reports
