Samir Labidi is an experienced executive pastry chef with over 30 years of experience working in hotels, bakeries, and on cruise ships around the world. He is currently a production pastry chef at a bakery in Nice, France. Prior to this, he spent over two years as the executive pastry chef on cruise ships for Celebrity Cruises. He has extensive experience in pastry, bakery, and dessert production, as well as managing staff.
