32. 1997 - Opened its first bakery in Al Qusais and starts with 45 employees to produce the first traditional French breads and
viennoiseries of Dubai.
2000 - Building & opening its production center, enabling to produce more premium bakery products. The renowned bakery
also purchased its first Italian Gelato ice cream machine and introduces its amazing range of ice cream cakes.
2001 - Industrialization and development of the ready-to-bake range. A new blast freezer is built to keep up with the demand
in this expanding market.
2002 - Signed up an agreement with Costa to supply their UAE coffee shops.
2003 - Celebrating its 10th, 5-Star luxury hotel customer.
2006 - The renowned bakery obtains HACCP certification.
2007 - Finalized its agreement with Caribou to become their main supplier of sandwiches and pastries.
2008 - French Bakery hires its 400th employee. They continue to provide quality training and excellent staff management.
2012 - French Bakery launches its range of traditional German breads.
2013 - Launched new shop concept at Dubai Outlet Mall branch which has received great reviews from customer & shoppers..
Signed our second Franchise in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
2014 - Franchise in Kuwait has been signed up. Opened our first franchise in UAE at Al Ghurair Mall. Introduction and
development of Grab & Go bakery products in the outlets.
2015 - Franchise development for Qatar market has been signed up. Remodeling of the outlets to new concept. Opening of
more outlets in Dubai franchise and in Abu Dhabi.
2016 - Opening of the second production center in Al Quoz. The usage of water cut machines for all pastry cutting
2017 - HACCP & ISO Certification has been obtained for Al Quoz Production with 22,000:2005 standard. Development of the
