I am a highlyproficient customer services professional with seven years'industryexperience across the sector.During
this time I have honed my communication and IT skills,allowing me to provide excellent service to the customer and
making me an efficient and valued team member within each organisation.
As a confidant and outgoing person,Ithrive on personal interaction with customers.Iam hardworking and ambitious,
going above and beyond what is expected to achieve the very bestfor my employer. I rise to any challenge and always
seek opportunities to develop my existing skills and develop new ones.
Away from work, my passion is cycling for which I have achieved a Category 3 Race Licence. In addition to the
enjoyment and fitness cycling brings,it also demonstrates mydetermination to succeed.

As a supervisor at Travelex I hold many responsibilities ranging from being a mentor to other employees and
implementing new policies and procedures. I have helped to innovate training materials to assist in the introduction of
new systems.
I began my career with Travelex in the middle of their peak season and was required to learn the role of a Customer
Service Specialist as well as management responsibilities within four weeks. I initially found this challenging but it was
challenge that I believe I rose to and I feel that my time at Travelex has really allows me to build on my precious
experiences to work at a more senior level in a position of responsibility.
Concierge

In this role I provided a face-to-face service to meetthe needs of the residents ofa high end apartment complexin
London.Not only did this position allow me to hone my directcustomer communication and organisational skills butit

During my time at WhiteConcierge,I was responsible for providing a telephone concierge service.This involved making
co-ordinated entertainment, dining and travel arrangements for my clients and interacting with major corporations on

As an insurance claims advisor for Churchill, it was my responsibilityto guide customers through the often complicated
and emotive claims process.In this role I was able to develop the necessarycommunication skills for such a delicate
task while also developing the keen analytical skills needed to assess and process claims.
VOLUNTARY WORK AND HOBBIES
My passion in life is cycling. I have participated in numerous sportives, charity rides and races around the United
Kingdom. During this time, I have acquired a vast knowledge of the cycling world and achieved a category 3 race
licence. It is my ambition to qualify for the Amateur and Masters World Championship later this year.
Special Constable with Cambridgeshire Constabulary
January 2011 - Present
In my spare time I volunteer as a Special Constable. This gives me the same responsibilities as regular police officers,
whom I assistwith a range of front line policing roles including public order and road traffic issues. I also take part in
public education and safety initiatives. Although this is a responsible role,I throughlyenjoy the opportunityit affords me
to interact with the public and contribute to society.
