Dear Sir or Madame,
I started up a consultancy called Parrhesia Consultancy in order to undertake work
campaigning, lobbying and encouraging participation/citizenship for the Vote Leave in the
EU Referendum. I directed and managed volunteers plus another Director/Senior
Consultant in publishing press releases, F2F campaigning, and publishing literature
supporting Vote Leave. We had considerable success and now I will maintain the ownership
of the Company as the majority share-holder and allow for the Director to take the lead in
pursuing the Business Plan.
I have worked as a Research Consultant for 7 years, Sales Consultancy and Sales Team
Leader for 6 years and Research Director and Managing Director for 2 years in the start-up
corporate culture. I am educated to MSc level in Management and Consultancy, I have
worked as a Researcher at two Red Brick Universities (University of Birmingham and
University of Surrey), I have over 19 publications (my latest journal article is a peer
reviewed leadership piece), I have recently finished an employability study with charities in
Italy finishing off the academic research I started as a PhD at the University of Surrey. I have
had various professional training from the REC and CIPD training providers in Recruitment,
How to be an Effective Trainer, and Training Administration.

my experience is second to none. Whilst at the University of Birmingham I was a Research
Consultant for a project co-ordination of a leadership positioning paper, health service
management literature, and associated papers for Department for Health QUANGOs. Since
the positioning paper was published in a peer reviewed academic journal entitled
Leadership this demonstrates proficient written communication skills, high levels of
literacy, the ability to write and edit reports. My MSc and PhD studies in Management and
Consultancy, professional qualifications, and executive search work experience are held in
high regards by previous employers.

research on Britain Exit from Europe tailored to client’s demands and sold on as commercial

training of corporate staff in SME in communication and psychological theory used in
customer services and sales settings.

regular team meetings and be in charge of first stage disciplinary issues. I started at Talent Quest with a COLD
DESK for Market Research and Strategy Consultancy Recruitment and had some great success including one
new client FreshMinds where I placed a £100,000+ Account Director with FreshMinds and RS Consulting
where I billed with them as a key client £80,000 in first two quarters.

At Mushroomtopia I decided to carry out Employability Studies in the worst affected
economies of Europe in terms of employment statistics and used my PhD knoweldge of Art and Urban

I had some success and partnered with Charities and a City University to conduct my research and present my findings.
