CAREER HISTORY
June 2005 - January 2017
National Trust for Scotland
In my role with the NTS was one of three Mobile Membership Recruiter. I worked
between multiple properties supporting them to achieve their membership targets,
dealing with customer enquiries relating both to membership benefits and the
properties themselves. I successfully achieved and exceeded by over 10% my own
membership target ten out of eleven years.

Merchants Banking Group Ltd
In my role here I was a Customer Service Advisor, handling inbound calls from
customers of the National Australia Group. Customer enquires could range from
general debit or credit enquiries to internet banking queries with the opportunity to
upset other products and services available via the NAG.

Cab Direct part of Allied Vehicles
In my role here I was a Sales Executive making outbound cold calls and up-selling to
previous customers both in the taxi business and for customers with reduced mobility
we had the motability option.

Hilton Reservations Worldwide
Working with Hilton Reservations Worldwide I started as an inbound reservations
sales team member, this gave me an invaluable insight into providing the optimum in
customer service. We were targeted for reservation and revenue sales targets which
proved my ability to achieve and exceed set targets. Working for a large organisation
also provided me with the experience and an understanding of the importance of
team work. I was trained on sales and customer service. I held a variety of roles
within the organisation as I was a Team Leader managing a team of up to ten people,
I worked on the internal staff reservation line and in 2002 I was seconded as
Manager in our Brussels office for one month.

Corney and Barrow Wine Merchants
In my role here worked between a variety of positions from Cellarman, Delivery
Driver and Shop Assistant. I enjoyed discussed with customers the variety of wines
which we held in stock and assisting them with the best wine to accompany a special
meal or for a special occasion.
