I consider myself to have a flexible, caring, conscientious, and compassionate personality, along with the
ability to think out of the box when needed. I have recently completed a voluntary Job Club Project at New
Wortley Community Centre as an Advisor / Coach / Mentor in charge of their Job / Work Club. During this
time I was also involved in the inception and launch of a New Pilot Project- Eastern European Work / Job
Club with a KPI success rate of 55% ( See Work Experience For More Information). I love and have a
driving passion to help and support individuals to change their lives for the better. I have held various
Management and Sales positions and ran my own Handyman Service for 11 years, that served to enhance my
natural abilities by managing my time, relating to customer`s needs, meeting deadlines communicating clearly
on a more personal and professional level. I am currently an Operations Driver for Yodel purely to bring in an
income; this also proves my flexible approach and adaptability to think out of the box when needed. But in all
honesty my main driving passion is securing a paid post within the Welfare To Work/ Mentorship / Coach /
Advisor Industries or Similar as this is my real passion to help others any way I can, using my extensive
knowledge, experience and life skills etc. I am also willing to undertake any necessary additional training as

Work / Job Coach – Advisory / Mentorship New Wortley Community Centre Jan 2015- To Oct 2015
This was a voluntary position, The area demographics are a high unemployment, substance and alcohol
issues and the mortality rate is 10 years bellow the national average. The exciting part is, that I have assisted
a client using my holistic approach, and in only 4 X 2 hour sessions with me, she overcame her situation and
limiting beliefs to find employment, so she can now see a better future for herself and her children. I have also
assisted other clients of varying ages from young to more mature to find a better life path in general for
themselves though training or voluntary work. There is no better feeling than this, as I am very passionate
about what I can do to help people of any age or background.
Duties: re organising and managing the Work / Job Club– I had varied successes in the time I ran this &

holistic and practical life skill approaches, as well as effectively using - CV Compilation – Cover letters -

I volunteered my services and experience to a well known charity in Leeds, and working with a Bi Lingual
Translator ,set up from scratch and provided, a Brand New Pilot Service Of Mentorship and Employment
Advice to Eastern European Clients, who had no other assistance in the UK to call on for varied reasons, with
a final KPI success rate of 55% .This was so good for my soul in many other ways, as I believe all of us are
brothers and sisters under the skin, and we all deserve as much help as we can give to each other regardless
