development provides a necessary conceptual and institutional framework for the coordination.
Communication

another.

environment they need to feel comfortable dealing with conflict and resolving issues effectively.

mutual understanding between an organization and its public. Some commonly used public
relations strategies and tactics include media releases, displays and exhibitions, news
