時造成扭曲偏見的制約,有六種神經認知元件來支持S-ART ,在正念練習
培養,經由有意圖的心智策略,來整合及互相增強這六種元件,用以調節
處理自我過程及減少扭曲偏見。這六元件是:意圖及動機;注意力調節; 情
緒調節; 記憶熄滅及重新合併(重整); 親社會性(利社會,利他); 無
