Job and Responsibilities
 Prepare Housekeeping attendant job assignment.
 Supervisor cleaning of guest rooms, stairwell corridors.
 Trains &assists room attendants, assist the Ass. Executive Housekeeper
in preparing reports.
 Inspects guest rooms & supplies as per the standards.
 Prepares room attendants duty roaster & conduct daily briefings.
 Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy & an extremely high standard
of social skills.
 Generally promote & ensure good inter department relations.
 Responsible in inspecting guest rooms & supplies as per the hotel
standards.
 Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to see that the cleaning is adequate
as per the standards.
 Ensure that all housekeeping machines & equipments are properly
handled by the room attendants.
 Conduct daily briefings for the rooms attendants & Linen keepers, check
the grooming of staff.
 Make note of the VIPs, DNDSleep out rooms, prepare the discrepancy
report for day & forward it to the front desk.
 Assists the Asst. Executive Housekeeper in preparing the duty roaster
for the staff & also preparing reports like inventory e current sheets for
the current month.
 Attend guest complaints in a very polite manner & resolve the issue.
 Participate in any training & development programmers as
recommended by the senior management.
