Accomplishments
I coordinated off-site registration duties for department functions for conferences and workshops including the handling of credit card,
check, and cash handling. I increased office organization by developing more efficient procedures manuals and efficient customer
database check and cash protocols. I specialized in web payments through PayPal systems. I re-organized and re-designed employee
manual outlining all proper credit card business procedures and office policies in agreement with UA standards of PCI Compliance. I
provided assistance to parents,students,and customers by directing them to appropriate university areas. I received my BSHA in June,
2012 and one current course from receiving my MSHA/ED. I am scheduled to finish coursework in February of 2015.
Experience
I have worked for the receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person inquiries. Registered
students forcourses via email, correspondence,and in-person within the privacy protocols established by FERPA regulations. Made
copies, sent faxes and handled incoming and outgoing correspondence. Organized files, developed spreadsheets,faxed reports and
scanned documents. I have properly routed interoffice documentation, received and screened a high volume of internal and external
communications, including email and mail. I am responsible for credit card deposits and cash or check reception and routing. I have
translated for, advised, and directed parents,students, and faculty. Ensured resolution of customer questions,problems, and issues.
Education
I have graduated at the top of my class; both in my Bachelor’s studies (GPA3.89) and Master’s degree in Health Care Administration
Education (GPA 3.91). Coursework included: Human Resource Management and Business Administration, Program Planning,
Nursing Education and Teaching, Health Law and Ethics, Population Health, Measuring Performance Standards, Marketing, Program
Planning and Design, etc.
