To Whom It May Concern:
Thank you for the opportunity to express my interest in joining your team. Please accept this cover letter and
attached resume as my application for immediate hire.
As you will read, I have over fives years of direct administrative experience with special insights into client
care, reception, human resources, and office management. Organized, thorough, and attentive, I am sure
you will find I have exceptional time management skills and am both self-motivated and professionally
accountable. With strong software literacy and clerical skills, I am able to manage multiple projects at once
while providing assistance to both team members and customers. While my administrative skills include data
compilation & filing, document creation, professional communication, and presentation abilities, I also have
a strong understanding of financial clerical duties. Other skills demonstrated in my recent roles include the
handling and organization of confidential files, data entry, appointment scheduling, document creation,
office maintenance, and professional communication (etiquette via face-to-face interaction, phone, email,
and/or fax). I have been consistently commended in these positions for my ability to prioritize and complete
tasks quickly and accurately, as well as my enthusiasm for teamwork and readiness to assist or train others.
While the bulk of my technical abilities lay in Microsoft Office, I also have advanced experience using
internal software/databases and excellent competencies using new programs. Friendly and helpful, I easily
develop rapport with clients and am able to diffuse negative situations to the mutual benefit of client and
corporation, and to the satisfaction of customers. I also have experience in quality assurance and am
confident conducting service follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Again, thank you for your time and consideration. I am certain of my ability to add to your team and I look
forward to meeting with you.
Sincerely,
Nicole Eisan
