and other types of keys and taxonomy of different animal and plant species. Sterilization of
equipment, embed, and operation of oil immersion microscope and other types of microscopes.
Prepare tissue and other slides. Cell and fiber stains, western blotting, and other staining
processes. Breed and maintain of populations of Drosophila, rodents, and flora. Chromatography,

I volunteered at Seneca Rocks, West Virginia where I had to identify invasive mustard plants and
remove them from the trails. I also did volunteer work at Caynon Valley, West Virginia where I
helped the Department of Forestry with plant restoration of endangered Red Spruces.
HOBBIES/INTERESTS
My hobbies are writing, photography, hiking, traveling and crocheting. My interest are cellular
structures, researching medicines and their effects, animals, improving the environment, learning
new things and meeting new people.
