the main girder, need to do lots of calculation such as strength check, vertical maximum bending
moment, uniform distribution load, etc.

Production Internship
• Four main parts of the diesel engine need to be manufactured, the connecting bar of the engine, the
diesel engine block, the cylinder head, and the bent axle.
• Analyzed the structural features, understood the material and blank manufacturing method of these four
parts of the diesel engine.
• To manufacture these four parts of the diesel engine, setting up the precision machining process, such
as the lathe, milling machine, planer etc.
• Designed, manufactured and assembled the new and the modified mechanical components and
assemblies for products such as industrial equipment, power equipment, machine tools and measuring

(For CY4100 series the Engine HP is 120HP, CY 4102 series the Engine HP is 102HP, also some other
series the Engine HP is smaller. Usually they are used in pickup truck, van and business coach etc. This
company manufactures 3 main series, more than 200 categories engines. )
