11/2008 – Present Community Service/Daycare/Volunteer/Temp work –Factory/Churches - helping with deposits and totaling up
weekly offerings and deposits to the bank. Helping with various office duties and jobs on a temporary basis.
07/2011 – 03/2013 Allied Trustee Services – Worked as a temp for 11 months as Front Desk/Data input operator. Hired into
Accounting Dept as a Acct/Rec.-Payable Clerk. Multiple duties for accounting and Demand Request specialist.
Processing the deposits for multiple accounts and postings in QuickBooks. Also back up for Front Desk Clerk.
07/2007 – 10/2008 ASI-Administrative Services, Inc – Senior Tax Operator-Back-up to the Disbursement Services Department. In
charge of preparing the Tax Recordings for our Clients Accounts. (TEFRA, 1099R’s, 1098’s, 1042’s, 5498’s, and
W2’s processed and created for all of our clients and sent out to be recorded to theIRS and State. ) I also preparethe
CA Quarterly records for several of our clients and send them to the statefor filing on every quarter. We process
various Pension and Annuity Checks Issues for several of our clients monthly and we are in charge of mailing these
out with in deadlines that are very strict and monitored Employment Lay off enforced.
08/2005 – 03/2007 CoreStaff TempAgencies - BancWest Investment Services – Lead Temp/Compliance Dept.-Back-up to the
Operations Manager/Filing Imager – Account Recording Department for theAnnuities and 401K Accounts and
various other accounts. Processing many reports for the Trade Blotter and Check Blotter daily recordings, all W-9’s
and W-8’s online and preparing all updates to thenew accounts.
Lakemont Homes – Administrator of accounts/Back-up to the Executive Secretaries for theManagement/Back-up for
the Front Desk/Receptionist for Lunch relief-Help out with all documentations of various types including Power Point
Meeting Presentations.
12/2002 – 12/2004 Barclay West – Office Manager/COBRA Specialist – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Auditing the COBRA
accounts and various other invoices and taxing for thecompany, maintaining all Officer Supplies. I did payrollfor
myself and three other employees. I computed Taxes on the Quarterly Reporting for theState and Federal
Employment Taxing. I was the COBRA Manager of 53 different accounts with complete operations of all account on
all of the COBRA Accounts from Receiving and Terminating of Clients of the enrollments. I was responsible for
generating statements for all accounts on a monthly reporting structureand sending all did thetracking of various
liens for theCOBRA applicants and postings of various credit applications for the 401k accounts for the financial side
of Barclay West.
03/1999 – 12/2002 Boeing Service Company – Custodial/Access AdministratorLead – Daily supervised custodial duties for
maintaining a contract with thecustomer at (DMEA) a secured building. Duties requirements consisted of trash
removal, normal maintenance duties on a daily schedule, for a 75,000 square foot approx. building, Lead for the
Security Booth duties as well.
Boeing Service Company – 911 Call Center – Admin. Asst. – Payroll clerk for all temp employees (350+
employees payrollfor disbursement, handled all outgoing mail and FedEx/Ups in and out shipments, all ordering for
the office, disbursing all invoices both incoming and outgoing invoices for payment. Assisted in theHR Departments
with processing various administrative processing’s of documents, PeopleSoft updates, Procurement Department with
various accounting duties, Work Management Center with handling emergency calls in the 911 Base Call Center and
routing workers to various problem job sites for repairs to be made, and in theContrasts Department as a back-up. I
helped in the auditing for the Procurement Department, HR Department and for theGeneral Office area.
SuperiorStaffing Agency – Boeing Service Company – Work 911 Call CenterOperator/Admin. Asst. –
Answered all incoming calls for emergencies related to the McClellan AFB and the surrounding areas. Dispatched
workers to emergency area of needs. Created all manuals for the instructions on all of the procedures for the call
center and organized the office for operations done in the Center. I was promoted to Admin. Asst. and hired onto a
permanent status with Boeing.
Sierra Technology, Corp./Volt Services – Boeing North American Co., Starting off as a seniorSecretary back-
up. I then was hired as a payrollclerk for all temp employees and submitted regular employees payrollfor
disbursement, handled all outgoing and incoming mail and FedEx/Ups shipments, all ordering for the office,
disbursing all invoices both incoming and outgoing invoices for payment. Assisted with theHR and Security
Representativeof the facility and became her assistant and back-up for her when needed. – A one week assignment
became a two year assignment. (I filled in as the Office Manager while the HR/Security Supervisor became disabled
for three and a half months.)
EDUCATION: MTI Business College – Computer Programming, Data Transcribing, and Accounting Certificate of
Completing/Degree. 1976 to 1977
American River College – Some Business and Accounting courses (Credits only) 1975 to 1976
Foothill High School – Graduation Diploma within three and a half years. Some business classes were also
taken in High School.
