Previously, he held various roles such as Guest Service Representative and Shuttle Driver at Chicago O'Hare Marriott, Commercial Driver for AutoZone, and Front Desk Agent and Service Express Agent for Westin Hotel. He has a Bachelor's degree in Corporate and Professional Communication from Aurora University and an Associate's in Automotive Technology from Lincoln College of Technology.
