November 2015 – present – Waterford Institute of Technology Finance Administrator
I am currently covering a maternity leave contract for the Finance Administrator in the School of Lifelong Learning and
Education Dept. My Duties include:
Liaise with Head of School, Heads of Department with regard to the school budgets &finances
Liaise with lecturing staff with regard to payroll and purchase ordering;
Process all Agresso orders and goods receive them for payment;
Process all tuition fee refunds;
Process petty cash, EFT’s, visa, travel and exam claims;
Process the monthly payroll for the Part-time Lecturers
Liaise with the Finance Department and other Departments in the institute as necessary;
Keep accurate records of debtor’s accounts;
Maintain and order adequate secretarial supplies;
Provide customer service to existing and prospective students with respect to fees.

Data Cleanse project based in Waterford University Hospital, this involved going through files and making sure all the
details on the system are correct and if not correcting it. Accuracy and efficiency are key attributes in this project.
September 2015 – October 2015 ECC (Emerald Contact Centre) Customer Service Agent
Duties include taking inbound calls from customers with queries regarding their accounts, queries include, billing,
shipping, information on products, ordering products, cancelling subscriptions etc. All call details are logged accurately
onto a database called advantage.

Meet/greet all clients.
Deal with all incoming mail/email and distribute appropriately.
