Responsible for sending up to 5 deposit a day, checked all the deposit printouts to make sure there were no errors and
they checked with our deposits. Handled numerous taxes, handed out to data entry operators to key and then picked
them up and prepared and distributed them to the different tax department. Endorsed checks daily for deposit. I was
a replacement supervisor if we had one out in our main department, I worked in the mail room, the scanning
department and pre-edit checking paperwork for errors. I was chosen in December 2011 to work on our new system
to get our scanner ready to scan corporate taxes, and to get the kinks out.
