JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE Sales Co-Ordinator
BASED AT Alrode, Gauteng
REPORTS TO Financial Director
JOB PURPOSE
JOB PROFILE
AREAS OF
ACCOUNTABILITY
TIME SPENT MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB FUNCTION
Planning
80%
• Arrange / Check customer account / credit
• Check FloSolve stock items on Syspro
• Answer all sales related calls
• Follow up calls to customers
• Prepare standard quotations / proposals
• Receive clarify customer orders
• Ensure processing of orders on Syspro
• Compile monthly sales forecasts 30/60/90 days
• Compile annual sales budgets
• Maintain outstanding quotes list
• Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements
• Ensure compliance to company procedures (ISO)
• Actively engage in Telesales
• Activity Report Daily and Weekly, Quote Register Daily and Weekly, Job Cards.
• Pall Customer Listings.
• Ensuring that invoices processed are complete and correct to be delivered timeously.
• Ensuring that Processes and Procedures are being followed in the Sales department – to
report back to management.

• To be completed and submitted to Sales Manager before COB on Fridays.
• Attend all Sales related meetings
Administration –
General Office
15%
• Maintain & Control own filing system
• Receive, copy & Distribute mail
• General typing duties i.e. mails, memo’s etc.
• Produce various reports – as required
• Control and Order sales literature
• Minute sales meetings

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 3 years working experience with exposure to as many of the following as possible:-
• Internal Sales
• General Sales Administration
• Exposure to Lubrication equipment; pumps; hydraulics; mechanical; basic electrical; pneumatics preferred
• Telesales
• Grade 12 (Matric)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 5 years working experience
• Sales and Marketing experience (1 year minimum)
• Good written & spoken English
• PC Literate:- Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, Syspro preferred
