RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Recruiting/Staff Development
• Manage store level operations including staff hiring, evaluation, motivation, counseling,
coaching, mentoring, budgeting and evaluate work performance
• Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures and negotiated contracts
• Deliver orientation training to new staff, explaining expectations and policies of
employer
• Facilitate internal and external training for the new and existing staff
• Responsible for developing weekly schedule for staff of over 30
• Implement staff incentives and motivational programs
Marketing and Sales/Retail
• Obtain customer information, documented and maintained customer orders
• Market products and scheduled appointments for sales representatives to meet with
prospective customers
• Conduct client and market surveys in order to obtain information about potential
customers, as well as delivered and prepared presentations
• Familiar with effective marketing and sales techniques
Planning/Operations
• Review and plan human resource requirements in conjunction with other departmental
managers
Manage inventory control process, receiving, merchandising, store organization and
maintenance
• Maintain Perpetual Inventory and Customer Inventory Flow Process through S.M.A.R.T.
System
