Essential Job Functions Preparation of reports and analysingdata;Back order reports, Key Health Stats etc.
Record keeping systems, document control and personnel requirements; i.e. HSSE schedules,
booking of medicals
Completing preventive maintenanceschedules and reports
Internal Sales Quotations
Professional and up to date sales information packs
Effective and up to date filingsystem
Professional and Effective general administration

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 A minimum of 3 years workingexperience with exposure to as many of the followingas possible:-
 Internal Sales
 Secretarial
 Marketing Support
 General Sales / Office Administration
 Exposure to Lubrication equipment; pumps; hydraulics;mechanical;basic electrical;pneumatics preferred
 Grade 12 (Matric)
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
 Sales and Marketing experience (1 year minimum)
 Good written & spoken English
 PC Literate:- Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, Syspro preferred
