SFT engaged Hancher to identify the core problems facing SFT Harrisburg
organization. The objective of the sanctioned report was to finds ways:
1) To move from lower half to upper half of the nation-wide rankings,
2) Identify ways to improve moral and teamwork among departments and
directors.
