Operation and Maintenance of BP460, BP402,BP321, BP324 (Latest Machines from Rommelag
Germany Fully Servo Driven) BP321, BP360, BP305, BP3012 and BP321M Rommelag
To prepare calibration schedule of temperature and pressure monitoring devices for heat
sterilizer, super-heated water sprayer autoclave, Purified Steam Generator, Multicolumn
Distillation and Rommelag machines.
To provide sterile area monitoring program for all shifts (include air, floors, walls, equipment
surfaces and including critical surfaces.
To prepare and arrange all critical spare parts list for relating Rommelag autoclave labelling
machine,
To arrange disinfection procedure (Preparation, work, sequence, contact time)
To prepare Preventive Maintenance Plan annually monthly and daily.
Maximum capacity of utilization of machines.
To prepare all Documents and reports of Engineering Department.
To attend shift and responsible and efficient running of the plant and attend
with every problems of the Machine.
Cost reduction by continual process improvement & by achieving zero break down stages of
m/cs
Maintaining ISO & WHO-GMP documents & complete Knowledge of ISO & WHO-GMP
certification process.
Following cGMP. Monitor and Maintenance of sterile area.

Documentation:
Preparation of Standard Operating procedures related with the maintenance department.
Preparation of Preventive maintenance records of B/P 321, B/P 360 B/P 460, B/P 3012, B/P
3012, B/P 402, B/P 321m, and cap (manual and automatic) machines.

Maintenance, Planning Management:
Responsible for production achievement by 100% Machine Availably and Capacity utilization
without compromising quality at optimum costs.
Assess manufacturing efficiency and eliminate waste to reduce cost.
Material procurement & purchase planning of spare parts, consumables, machining, fabricated
jobs & ensuring continuous supply at optimum costs.
Working in coordination with vendors, QC & Production Dept. for detailing them on quality
requirements.
Provide technical guidance to the vendor team, guiding them on resolving performance of plant.
Inventory Control:
Replenish the stock items by raising purchase indents and delivery advises & scrutinizing
purchase indents for timely delivery of materials, Imported also
Monthly wise Conduct Inventory analysis and Material usage variance to maintain the budgeted
norms
Quality Control:
Establish quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of
products. Monitoring adherence to quality systems & maintaining requisite documents

in Egypt so I traveled to Germany for 3 week to attend the Sat and dismantling that

- The real challenge in this project was the lack of expenses so we had to work on
curriculum repairing, not replacing ·
- Install 321 large volume
- Install and repair all utilities for the machine (City water, child water, Steam,
Wfi, compressed air, solution,)
- Processing all documents for machines and equipment (operating , CIP, SIP,
Filter test SOP's) – (preventive maintenance SOP's) – (before and after
production check list's ) – (daily, weekly ,monthly, annually Evaluation Report)
- It was necessary to monitor all machinery, equipment and services after
installation, adjustment so I take Responsibility for running whole factory for 6
month 24 hours 7 days in a week.
