 Primary:
Generate the schedule for Preventive & Corrective Maintenance on a
weekly basis and source and provide resources from contractors and
vendors in order to meet the Plant operations objective of keeping the
plant running optimally. Shutdown & Turnaround develop a detailed
action work list and produce a work schedule for the shutdown (for
emergencies) or turnaround (biennially) in order to meet the business
unit and Operations reliability objectives. Review the Management of
Change (MOC) Project Package for constructability and feasibility;
source materials, equipment and specialist vendors who can deliver
the work within the time scale; produce a detailed work schedule to
meet plant optimization requirements. Evaluate the stockholding of
each piece of plant equipment for rationalization and determination of
dormancy with a view to reducing stock holdings optimally. Review
costs of labour, equipment, materials and property with a view to
maintaining a cost effective operational budget. Review all
maintenance invoices with a view to allocating costs to correct budget
units and accounting sub-groups. Review all completed work orders
for scheduled vs. unscheduled work and produce a matrix to maintain
80% scheduled vs. 20% unscheduled work.

 Primary:
Supervisor and train personal to provide computerized reports and
analysis of daily activities, labor costs, Scheduled maintenance
completion and backlogs, inventories, spare parts information and any
special reports required by the government .
Editing & Preparing the Project Monthly Report.
Preparing the Weekly Backlog Report with KPI and sending it to all
Departments.
Preparing the Statistical Report.
Weekly Analysis & Preparation of KPI for all shops.
Night Shift DPs closed all work orders received from the shops and
entered Gasoline sheets during the month in addition to work orders
closed by day shift DPs.
Day shift DPs provided assistance to Planners & Shop’s Supervisors
such as:
a. Opening & Upgrading Work Orders.
b. Requesting the Required Materials.
c. Searching for Stock & Equipment.
d. Generating required information from LIS.
e. Generating various Weekly Reports for the Analysis of all work
Orders categories.
f. Verifying closed work orders to maintain Accuracy and Efficiency.
g. Minimize work order backlog.
h. Identifying MRs that should be reviewed by planners to clear
Backlog.
i. Distributing work orders to the shops.
