Quality Control Lead/Manager
Responsible for checking parts to print when manufactured, or modified.
Responsible for first article inspections from vendors, documenting any scrap or
deviations of parts, as is inspection of returned goods.
As Quality Manager I also was Lead on 3 ISO audits as well as 3 Slumburger audits. I also
contacted customers in the case of NCRs, or any other deviations of parts made.
Tool Purchasing
While at Maverick I also took on the extra responsibility of purchasing tools for the shop and
employees. Tools as all forms of lathe inserts, insertible mill insert.
Machinist
I was also given the opportunity to train on a manual and cnc lathe.
On CNC I ran PUMA 200. 12L-C and 250 with Mitsubishi controls
and OKUMA HL-35 with Fanuc controls.

Business Systems class.
Marshall Brass 2006-2007
Second Shift Supervisor/Production Line Leader
Responsible for meeting numbers and goals set forth by the company to make shipment dates.
Other responsibilities included filling in and running machinery when people have to miss work.
Set up machines to run new parts, and programming machines when necessary. Trouble-shot
machines when they were not working right. Hand brazing copper to copper and copper to brass
manifolds when they do not pass leak test. Filling out nightly production reports and shutting
down and securing the plant.

Quality Control
Line supervision of products produced in machine shop. Helped established quality control
system. I was responsible for the calibration of machine equipment. ISO 9000 Certification
Specialist preparing protocols, documentation of procedures, and equipment for ISO
certification. I also inspected manufactured and re-modified parts from machine shop.
Balance Technician
Responsible for initial inspection, teardown, reassembly, and balancing of remanufactured
turbines and compressors on Hoffman balance machines. I was also responsible for mandrel
balancing of new and modified couplings on Hoffman balance machines. I was frequently
responsible for loading and unloading shipments on the forklift.
