in budgeting time
 Evaluating and following up of the variable production team (Engineers -Supervisors
– Maintenance technician and operators) and preparing the action plans and the
training plans to rise the performance and efficiency in HR and technical basis
 Analyze the breakdowns and lag of performance and efficiency affecting the factory
KPI's and lead the workshop meetings to overcome the problems and eliminate the
Non added value and tune the performance success keys .
 Supervision and following up of innovation activities to rise the professionalism
level of the factory to meet the European standards including : Utilities- chilled
water cooling systems –plumping – Crane selection and erection -
Fire Fighting system
 Making the performance-downtime-progress and improvements charts for equal
intervals to make good judgment about instrument conditions and deal with the
difficulties
 Installation and maintenance of instruments such as " power generators diesel-fire
fighting network – chillers water cooled system related to heat exchange between
the molds and the injection machines welding machines - air compressors and
dryers -maintenance of the m/c's of welding, pneumatic instruments “ Dessoutter
