PROJECT OVERVIEW
AAW& Partner Consulting Engineers was appointed by Saudi Arabia National Guard – SANG –
the Employer - to provide consultancy services as for the design review and construction supervision
of National Guard Housing Project. SANG appointed the Saudi Ben Laden Group – SBG- on the
basis of design and build with an objective of finalizing construction by August 2014. With contract
value 13.5 Billion Saudi Rails .The total number of for project sites is 8 , located in Madina,
Jeddah, Taif, Hail, Yanbo , Hassah , Qaseam and Damam Sites.
The project consists of Design and Build of 12,000 Villas along with 8 units of Elevated Water
Tanks, ground water tanks, Irrigation water tanks , water treatment plants plus all services of
irrigation, water supply network, sewerage and storm water drainage, telecommunication ,
transformers, substations , street lighting , car parking, fence and gates, landscaping and street
lighting on each site.
Responsibilities
1. Managing team of project managers including architects and engineers of different
disciplines ( around 80 person) to get the works done as per contract documents and within
the time limit, cost and quality and reporting to the SANG executive director.
2. Prepare project management procedures to comply with contract requirements.
3. Prepare special reports to the client to investigate any problem related to the scope of
services and recommend solutions.
4. Develop the organization structure to ensure execution of works as per the contract.

5. Attend executive and progress meetings to report and obtain instructions on all issues that
affecting the progress.
